Life is a maze of twists and turns and obstacles. It can be confusing and at times emotional. Emotions can’t be trusted when times get tough. Who do you trust when times get hard? Proverbs 3:5,6 says this, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” No matter what the situation, God can always be trusted. He always has our best interests in mind. When life gets confusing, remember that He says, my thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways. He is trustworthy and He will always be there to assist and direct us when we trust Him in every situation. The Psalmist in Psalm 91:2 says this, “I will say to the Lord,my refuge and my fortress, My God in whom I trust.” This reminds me of the hymn that says trust and obey for there’s no other way, to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey. So, who do you trust?
